Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, luxury developer based in the South that specialise in the developmennt of luxury housing in prime locations across the UK.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the current Project Manager and Site Manager to help in the delivery of 50 x luxury timber frame houses in Swindon. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments and must be based within an hour of Swindon. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £40k + package.
