Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's top 10 house builders and a 5* house builder based in Hampshire that cover sites in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee 3/4 x volume build sites in Hampshire and Berkshire. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Contracts Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client stated they would be willing to pay up to £75k + package.
