Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based on the South Coast that specialise in the delivery of both quality housing but also quality retirement schemes.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking at growing their Design team but adding an additional Design Coordinator to assist the team with 2/3 x upcoming retirement schemes. Candidates should at least 3 years experience working with the Design team for a contactor and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £45k + package.
