Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* privately owned house builder based in Dorset that specialise in the development of high end and volume build housing across the South West region.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to be based from their office in Bournemouth and oversee the design coordination of a high profile, high end residential build in the area. Candidate must have a strong background dealing with CAD drawings on residential builds, must have experience working for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Bournemouth. Due the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £60k + package.
