Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a regional house builder based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the development of new build housing across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
Due to an increased workload they are now recruiting for a Project Planner to work from their office in Banbury and assist the Strategic Land Manager in managing their land portfolio. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working within the planning department for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Banbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £60k + package.
