Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based on the South Coast that specialise in the delivery of high end housing and high end retirement builds.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking at expanding their Planning Department by recruiting a Planning Assistant. The successful candidate would be working underneath an experienced Planning Manager and Development Manager and would assist at getting developments through planning and taking them from there through to completion. Candidates must have at least 2 -3 years experience working within this capacity for another contractor or be a postgraduate coming out of a construction degree. Depending on the experience of the individual the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £40k + package.
