Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based on the South Coast that specialise in the development of quality housing across the South.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a large traditional build development in Chichester. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience delivering volume build housing sites from start to finish and must be based within an hour of Chichester. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £70k + package.
The client operate a 2 stage interview process, the 1st with the Contracts Manager and the 2nd with the Construction Director.
