Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5*, privately owned contractor based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the delivery of large social housing schemes across the Thames Valley region.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work from their office in Abingdon or on site in Oxfordshire and oversee the development of a large social housing scheme around circa £30m in value. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a contractor and must be based within an hour of Abingdon. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £70k + package.
