Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based on the South Coast that have an excellent reputation for delivering projects varying from housing sites, to high rise apartment builds to care home projects. 

Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from the office in Southampton but oversee a large, complex care home scheme in Dorset. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £80k + package.
