An experienced Senior Site Manager is required for a large residential project. The ideal candidate needs to have experience with traditional build projects, worked on Social Housing developments and also high volume build developments. As a Senior Site Manager you will be required to manage the site, and ensure that the programme was developed on time.
Requirements:
- In date SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid
- Worked on volume build projects
- Conduct site meeting with sub contractors
- Ensure Health and Safety is at a high standard
- Be a team player and motivating others
