Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in the Thames Valley region that specialises in the delivery of high end housing in that region. 

Due to new sites starting they are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a 50 x unit, traditional build scheme in Reading. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a No.1 Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Reading. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £65k + package. 

The client operate a 2 stage interview process, the 1st with the Contracts Manager and the 2nd with the Construction Director. Should this opportunity be of interest please apply now.
