Konnect are currently recruiting for a privately owned developer based in the Thames Valley area that specialise in the delivery of retirement builds in the South East region.

Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a 40 unit apartment scheme in Swanley. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience delivering apartment build sites from start to finish and must be based within an hour of Swanley. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £65k + package.
