Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned house builder based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the delivery of high end housing throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
Due to new sites starting they are currently recruiting for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee a development in Didcot consisting of 30 x high end, traditional build houses. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience delivering sites from start to finish and must be based within an hour of Didcot. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £60k + package.
