Konnect Recruit are currently seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client who are are main contractor specialising in multi-million pound new build projects. They cover sectors including education, commercial and industrial.
Our client require a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join the site-based commercial team for a project near Enfield.
The successful candidate should be a graduate holding a degree in Quatity Surveying or equivalent.

The main duties will include:
• Evaluating works done to process payments to sub contractors and negotiating with sub contractors with regard to their payment applications.
• Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing cashflow analysis reports on spreadsheets to correspond with the programme of works.
• Assist in preparing interim valuations for submission to clients.
• Assist in producing monthly CVR’s
