Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a large house builder based in Dorset that specialise in the development of quality housing across the South West Region.
Due to ongoing expansion they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their existing Commercial team and work on 2/3 residential projects. Candidates should have either a degree in Quantity Surveyor or around 3 years experience working for a house builder as a Quantity Surveyor. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £35k + package.
