Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a National Volume Housebuilder with a regional office based in Berkshire that specialise in the development of new build housing in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager for an immediate start. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager for a volume house builder and must be based within an hour of Northampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £85k + package.
