My client are a five star housebuilder with a regional office based in Oxfordshire and are looking for a Contracts Manager to manage 3/4 sites across the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas.
Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager for an immediate start. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager for a volume house builder and must be based within an hour of Northampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £85k + package.
