I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a specialist main contractor who work on very high end residential projects. They can pay up to £65,000 plus package.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing 1-3 projects up to circa £5million
- Programming
- Client liaison
- Reporting to the Construction Director
- Involvement in pre-construction through to completion
Requirements:
- Experience on high end bespoke residential projects - both new build and refurbishments
- Construction experience with a main contractor
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a Contracts Manager
- Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree
- CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
