An experienced Contracts Manager is required for a PLC House Builder based in the Guildford Area. This will be a permanent position and the salary is all dependant on experience. You will need to have a track record of managing more than one site at any one time.
Requirements:
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
- Experience with the industry
- In date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Black/White) Card
- Be able to programme and plan projects
- Be able to motivate and lead member of the team
- Have excellent communication skills
