Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, 5* developer with an office based near the M25 that specialise in the delivery of high quality residential builds across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee 3/4 x projects, all new build residential throughout Kent. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Contracts Manager overseeing residential new builds and must be based in a commutable location to be able to get to sites across Kent. Due to experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £80k + package.
