Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in Hampshire that specialise in the development of residential and retirement builds across the South.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to work from the Southampton office and oversee the design for a large new build retirement village. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience as a Design/Technical Manager and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £80k + package.
