Design Manager
I am recruiting for a top tier one main contractor based near Portsmouth who are looking for a Design Manager to join their team.
They work on new build projects up to £25m and have a good reputation and pipeline of work, they generally work in the Hampshire and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Design Management of up to 3 projects
· Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams
Role and requirements:
· You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size
· Office based but working on site when required
· Experience in a Design role with a main contractor
· Engineering, degree or Project Management background
· Proficient in Microsoft
