Konnect recruit are working exclusively with a highly reputable M&E installation and maintenance contractor based on the Southcoast. They are currently on a recruitment drive and are seeking an experienced Electrician to join the growing team.
As the experienced Electrician you will be diagnosing faults and repairs on various electrical systems such as lighting, small power, 3 phase electrical systems, distribution boards, emergency lighting other electrical services in buildings and carrying out necessary remedial repairs. Lamp changing at low and high level. Preparing reports for onward transmission to manager on faults and remedial work required. Working flexible working hours to suit business requirements and working with other engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a forward-thinking company who have a great image and reputation within the industry. They promote in house, most of their senior members of staff / project managers have all been promoted from engineer level.
Requirements/Qualifications;
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation and periodic testing
- Test & Inspection Qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work well on own or as part of a team
- IT literate
- Hold a clean, full UK driving licence
