Konnect are currently recruiting for a 5* house builder with a regional office based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the development of new build, quality housing in that area.
Due to current expansion plans they are currently recruiting for an office based Engineering Manager to work alongside the technical team and oversee all the Section 38 and Section 104 works for all their sites. Candidates do not necessarily have to be an engineering manager but must have had at least 5 years experience working within the technical department for a house builder and must be proficient with both Section 38 and 104, also candidates must live within an hour commute of Oxford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £65k + package.
