Estimator
I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Berkshire, they are a main contractor working on various new build and refurb projects up to £20m.
Role and responsibilities:
· Working as part of the pre-construction team
· Reporting into the Estimating Manager
· Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
· Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
· Experience working for a main contractor
· Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
· Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and benefits:
· Salary up to £75,000
· Company car or car allowance
