Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the Thames Valley area that specialise in the development of high end housing in that area.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for a Finishing Manager to oversee all the external finishings on a large multi storey RC Frame build in Reading. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Finishing Manager overseeing the internal finishings on large apartment schemes for a housebuilder and must be based within an hour of Reading. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £45k + package.
