I am currently work with a large high end house builder who have a fantastic opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to assist with the internal finishes on a large multi phased development in Reading consisting of 370 units.
You will come from a trade background preferably carpentry, you will be tasked with managing all internal sub contract packages as well as conducting weekly progress meeting’s and providing reports to your relevant superiors. Other duties may include managing onsite logistics, managing health and safety and quality assurance onsite.
Your paperwork duties will be minimal, but perhaps risk assessments, QA paperwork and emails to colleagues and sub-contractors.
Any candidate applying for this role must have a valid CSCS card preferably (Black) a SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme) certification and a First aid accreditation.
