Konnect are looking for a finishing manager on a 2 million commercial/retail project in Guildford, you will be required for 2 months to hand over the completed project to a high standard.
Responsibilities:

Person spec. & Qualifications:
- ·Minimum 5 years' experience as a no.1
- ·Experience within the education and new build sectors
- ·Current SMSTS
- ·CSCS managers card
- ·Current First aid at work (3day)
- ·Full UK driving licence
- ·Current DBS cheek
- ·References to cover last 2 years
Skills/ Experience:
- Good communication
- Problem solving skills
- Decision-making ability
- Commercial awareness will be Key.
- Ability to motivate others
- Team working skills
- Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
