Konnect Recruit are currently seeking a freelance site manager for a 3-4 month term working for a residential developer on a project near Crawley. The site is a large development of traditional build houses and apartments - you will be reporting into a Senior Site Manager.
You will be expected to be strong with externals and brickwork packages and capable of working independently. You will need previous experience running fast-paced residential sites as a number 1 manager as well as the following qualifications:
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS (black card preferred)
