Konnect Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a groundworks and civil engineering contractor to cover sites in Sussex. Our client are a well established contractor with a strong network of clients including tier 1 contractors and residential developers.
They are looking for a manager with strong experience in managing groundworks and civils packages as well as a good commercial awareness.
Duties include:
- Construction phase / short term programming and monitoring
- Practical build-ability assessment & input
- Material scheduling and purchase requisitions
- Labour and subcontractor site management & motivation
- Site Management of Health & Safety, risk assessment and method statements
- Quality management responsibility on site for the process and final product.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants
Required qualifications include:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid Qualification
