Responsibilities:
- Ensure the site office and showroom are presentable at all times;
- Progressing sales through to completion;
- Providing weekly sales figures;
- Negotiating sales;
- Following up on viewings;
- Showing potential purchasers around show homes;
- Keeping availability of units up to date.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills;
- Thrive working in a fast-paced sales environment;
- Excellent time management;
- Or minimum of 2 years working within estate agency with exposure to the new homes market;
- Available to work weekends and Bank Holidays;
- Full driving licence and ownership of car is essential;
- Have a passion for outstanding customer service;
- Ideally New Homes or Property Sales Experience;
- Self-motivated & hardworking;
- Ability to maintain administrative processes;
- Computer Literate;
- A minimum of 12-months experience in New Home Sales;
- IT Literate;
- Local knowledge preferred.
