Full training will be provided and the ongoing support of your line manager and wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
- providing technical expertise, advice and guidance on construction
- inspecting homes at key stages of construction in response to requests from builders
- assessing the technical competence of builders
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- house building or construction experience and/or a construction related qualification such as City and Guilds, HNC, HND or NVQ (or equivalent)
- full driving licence
- reasonable fitness for daily visits to construction sites, inspecting new homes at all stages of their construction, including frequently working at height.
