Konnect Recruit are currently looking for an experienced lead plumber to work with a residential and commercial developer on a permanent contract. You will mainly be working on the following,
Responsibilities:
- A good understanding of all relevant legislation is required and communicating any issues or queries between site and the office.
- Communicate well with the contacts manager whom will be available for help with any issue on site that needs investigating, Relating to design or legislation & helping the contracts manager in enforcing the company standards is expected.
- Provide a communications link between the company and the site.
- The contract lead plumber would be expected to help directly with manual work to support the site-based operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Snag installations as they are completed and keep installations records up to date.
- Help the contracts manager with site or operatives Audits.
- Provide a weekly report for site progress.
- Provide predicted future works to site consulting site programmes and managers.
- oversee and ensure ordering procedure is followed.
- Ensure Health and Safety is a site priortiy
