An experienced Construction Project Manager is required for a Tier 1 contractor for a project based in Portsmouth. This will be a temporary to permanent position, the salary will be up to £85,000 dependant on experience.
Requirements:
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of the project, report directly to the Regional Director/Divisional Director/ Project Director and Senior Project Manager
- Ensure that the Client is kept up to date with the progress of the project
- Take full ownership of contract from Pre construction all the way through to handover
- Report writing
- Health and Safety on site
- Must have a recognised qualification in Construction
- Technical knowledge, including MEPH services
- Good people management skills
