Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contactor based on the South Coast that specialise in the delivery of both social housing and retirement developments across the South. 

Due to a new site starting they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a 60 x bed, traditional build care home in Littlehampton. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience delivering retirement builds from start to finish and must be based within an hour of Littlehampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £75k + package.
