Konnect are currently recruiting for a 5* house builder with a regional office based on the South Coast that specialise in the development of new build housing across the South. 

The client are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee a 200 unit scheme in Southampton. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a No.1 Site Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £70k + package.
