Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in the Thames Valley region that specialises in the delivery of both, quality private spec housing and social housing for local authorities throughout the Thames Valley region.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a £40m, 125 x unit scheme in Oxford consisting of a mix of trad build and RC frame apartments. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience delivering residential RC frame sites from start to finish, must have ASTA programming experience and must be based within an hour of Oxford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £95k + package.
