A Project Manager is required to run a £8m Commercial New Build scheme in the heart of Bristol. You must have previous experience as a Number One manager on a job of this value or above. The client have work secured for the next 3 years and are turning work away so there will be continuous work for the right candidate.
Your duties will include:
Oversee all phases of the building process
Making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget.
Work closely with architects and engineers to develop plans
Establish timelines
Hold progress meetings
