Konnect Recruit are recruiting for a Project Manager for new build £20million project near Southampton, Hampshire. 

Requirements:
• Trades background or HNC in Construction Management
• Experience on RC Frame projects
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally
• Background working for a main contractor 

Responsibilities:
• Reporting into the Project Director
• Pre construction work through to completion
• Liaison with client and external consultants
• Responsible for the programme and managing the site team

Benefits:
