Konnect Recruit are working in partnership with a specialist developer based in Oxfordshire that is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.

Overseeing 2-3 schemes, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working within the residential sector on new build and refurbishment schemes.

Roles and Duties of a Quantity Surveyor:
  • Procurement and Payment of Sub-Contractors & Consultants
  • Adhering to Procurement Schedules and Dates
  • Completion and Raising of Sub-Contract Orders
  • Issuing of Sub-Contract Tender Packages
  • Analysing of Sub-Contract Tenders
  • Monthly Cost v Value Reporting
  • Valuing of Monthly Sub-Contract Applications 
  • Issuing the Relevant Contractual Notice
  • Reporting to Clients on Cost Issues as and when Required
  • Submission and Agreement of Monthly Client Valuations
  • Compilation and Agreement of Client Variations.
  • Undertaking Site Measures & Take-Offs
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established business with a strong pipeline of works going into 2024.

On offer is a salary of up to £50,000 p.a. plus package
