We have a fantastic opportunity for a Select and Enhance Consultant to join a 5* developer out the Thames Valley Region, covering sites around Thames Valley. Working as part of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the customers choices once they have reserved their new home. You will work closely with the onsite build teams to ensure we deliver a 5-star customer service at all times.

Ability to keep up to date with the current interior design trends with an eye on future trends

More about the sales role:

To actively manage and arrange customer Select/Enhance appointments in line with plot priorities.

Travel to all sites within the region to undertake pre-booked customer appointments ensuring that these are undertaken effectively.

Have a detailed knowledge of the full Select & Enhance range, proactively selling all types of customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the Company.

To be confident when discussing current and future interior design trends.

Have a detailed knowledge of all Bovis and Linden sites and house types as well as Purchase Assistance schemes.

Proactively working as a member of the sales team within the area and demonstrating effective team working skills with others within the region, ensuring all customers’ needs are met where possible and the full Vistry Customer Journey is adhered to appropriately.

To work alongside all key stakeholders including Site Management, Administrators, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure all departments are aware of selected extras and provided with relevant information.

To continuously be aware of all build programmes and individual plot progress in order to provide relevant information to the sites and, in turn, clearly communicate with all customers across the region.

To inspect customer homes throughout the build to ensure customer choices are being installed correctly.

Proactively manage the Select & Enhance process with every customer as part of a team.
