Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a regional contractor with an office based on the south coast that specialise in the development of new build housing and care homes across the southern region.
Due to expansion and increased workload they are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to work on a care home build on the south coast. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working within the Design department of a main contractor and must be based within an hour of Southampton. Due to level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £65k + package.
