Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the Thames Valley area that specialise in the development of high end housing in that area.
Due to an increase in workload they are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work underneath a Project Manager on a large traditional build development in Ascot. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience running traditional build housing jobs as a No.1 Site Manager from start to finish as this candidate will be expected to run their own phase. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £65k + package.
