Konnect Recruit are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager with strong groundworks experience to run the groundworks and substructure package for a new care home near Maidstone.
Our client have a strong pipeline of similar projects in the area and this opportunity would be ideal for an experienced manager to join a busy company in the South East.
You should have skills that include:
- Experience as a number 1 site manager on groundworks / substructure packages up to £1m
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to programme and budget
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong commercial awareness
- Solid technical knowledge and ability to accurately read drawings
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Engineering background
- SMSTS, First Aid
