Konnect Recruit are looking for a Site Manager to work on a site in Redhill. This job will be Monday to Friday with the possibilities of working some weekends with a 07:30 start.
This role will be ongoing work for roughly 2 years. The rate for this role is negotiable depending on experience and you will be working 9 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure working methods are performed correctly
- Ensure the site complies with H&S regulations
- Undertaking and setting out duties
- Liaise and report to the Project Manager
- Supervision of sub-contractor and trade (mainly groundworks)
Skills/ Experience:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Groundworks Background
- Strong man-management and motivating
