Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the South West that specialise in the development of high end housing across the South West region. 

Due to holiday cover they are needing a Site Manager to cover on site for 3 weeks starting as of 2nd September. The Site Manager will be responsible for the delivery of around 50 x traditional build high end plots as a No.1 Site Manager. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Site Manager on housing schemes and must be based within an hour of Poole. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £250 a day.
