My client is looking to add a highly experienced Fit Out manager to their team. This role will start in January, so this could be the new opportunity that can develop your career.
The company are fit out and refurbishment specialists within many commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be able to show a history of completing many fast track fit out projects.
Responsibilities and role:
- Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager depending on the project
- Management of sub-contractors
- Responsible for Health & Safety
- Checking quality of work carried out
- Working to the programme set by the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Trade or construction degree background
- Experience working for a similar company in the past
- Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
- SMSTS
- First aid qualified
- CSCS card holder at Manager level
- Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
