Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with an office based in Oxfordshire that specialise in the development of new build housing across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and Gloucerstershire.
The client are currently in need of a Site Manager to deliver a upcoming project in Swindon consisting of 70 x traditional build houses. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Swindon. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £65k + package.
