Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder based in the South West that specialise in the delivery of quality, new build housing across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
Due to the start of a new site they are currently recruiting for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee a 40 x unit, traditional build development from start to finish in Tiverton. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a No.1 Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Tiverton. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £62k + package.
