Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office in Oxfordshire that specialise in the development of volume housing across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire.
The client have exciting growth plans over the next 2 years that are heavily reliant on their land acquisition team growing, more specifically their Strategic Land Division. Due to these expansion plans they are currently recruiting for a Strategic Land Director to head up their strategic growth over the next couple of years.
The successful candidate will be crucial to the bigger company growth and their role will be to not only oversee their strategic land acquisition but also project management on some of their existing land. Candidates can come either from a housebuilder or a land promoter but must have 5+ years experience in strategic land acquisition, must be a team player, must be driven and looking to drive expansion and also must be located within an hour of Bicester and have a working knowledge of land within a 2 hour radius of the office. Due to the seniority of this role the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £100k basic salary with a generous package and a bonus system that can pay up to 50% per acquisition.
